Functie omschrijving

As a senior production employee in a 2-shift system, you will be considered as the right hand of the team leader production. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the packaging line. Your responsibilities include:

Overseeing the packaging line and ensuring efficient operations;
Providing operational guidance to a team of 4 to 6 production employees;
Acting as the right hand of the production team leader, assisting in day-to-day tasks and decision-making;
Reporting to the team leader on developments regarding workforce deployment, output, and quality.
Resolving minor technical issues;
Adjusting and setting up production lines.

Ons aanbod

Gross monthly salary between €2,073 and €2,826 (excluding additional benefits);
Shift allowance of 12.5%;
Holiday allowance and a 2.15% year-end bonus;
ADV compensation of 5.91% on top of your gross monthly salary;
Travel allowance;
